Refunds & weather

If you can't make it

Tell us at least 7 days ahead and we'll refund you in full or move you to another date, whichever you'd prefer. Inside 7 days we can usually move your seats, but we can't refund them — the food is ordered and the seats are held by then.

If the weather turns

A little rain rarely stops us — bring a layer and we'll bring the fire pits. But we'd rather move an evening than serve you a soaked dinner, so if it's genuinely unsafe or miserable we'll cancel.

When we do, every ticket holder gets an email at the address they booked with, and we post it on our social pages at the same time. Check your inbox before you set off.

Once a rain cancellation is confirmed, your refund is issued within 7 days. You're welcome to take the rescheduled date instead — just reply to the email.

Shop orders

Unopened goods can come back within 30 days for a full refund. If something arrives damaged, tell us and we'll make it right — no need to send it back.
